General Questions

How long have you been in business and are you insured?

Las Vegas Knights is now a 2nd generation business bringing exciting casino entertainment to events throughout Lower/Mid-Michigan for over 30 years!  We are one of the most experienced and trusted casino party companies in the region and a member of the National Association of Casino Party Operators (NACPO).


We carry general liability insurance of $2 million and certificates of insurance are available upon request.

 

Where can we host a casino party?

Just about anywhere! We can bring the casino to hotels, museums, sporting complexes, boat cruises, private homes, VFW halls and convention centers, just to name a few.  If you want us there, we will be there!

 

What if my guests have never gambled or don’t understand the games?

No problem! We realize only a small percentage of guests would be considered more than a beginner, so casino parties are the perfect place to learn how to play casino games.  Our dealers are fantastic in engaging the guests, teaching them how to play, and basic strategies. We continually hear that our dealers are great.

 

Are "Casino Parties" legal?

Yes!  All Las Vegas Knights events are strictly entertainment with no actual gambling going on.  No money is exchanged at the tables and no real monetary wager is made. We provide a fun, exciting, and a legal experience using casino quality equipment. Everyone is a winner!
 

Prizes can be donated or awarded by the party host for their guests. Prizes are awarded by way of a random drawing, not as a direct result of the outcome on any casino table.  All guests receive vouchers/tickets whether they play the games or not, so everyone has a chance to win a prize.

 

Do guests need to be 21 years old?

A casino party is fun for players of any age! It’s also a great entertainment solution when you know the ages of your guests will be diverse. Be sure to tell us details about your guests when you book your party – we will make sure to suggest games for every skill level.

 

As a matter of fact, 25% of the events we service are for High School Lock-Ins, Youth Group Fun Nights, Birthday Parties, Bar Mitzvahs / Bat Mitzvahs, Sweet 16s, Graduations and more!

 

I don’t see any prices!  How much does a Casino Party Cost?  What’s included?

The cost can vary greatly depending on a number of factors – such as location, event coordination, which games you want, other non-casino entertainment at the event, and even the day/time of the event.  Please contact us and we can give you a custom quote to fit your needs. 

 

Our price includes everything you’ll need for the casino side of your event. This includes the transportation and setup of our gaming tables, gaming chips, cards, and other dealing accessories. Larger events include a Pit-Boss to ensure the event runs smoothly.  Most important it includes exciting CASINO FUN that you and your guests will be talking about for weeks to come!!!

 

Can we have a casino party outdoors?  What venue features are best?

You can, but we strongly recommend against placing tables outdoors. A freak rain shower can quickly ruin things and a sudden wind gust can send a few thousand playing cards in all directions. Not fun. 

Casino entertainment can be mixed with summertime fun, but we suggest a covered, wind-protected area for the tables.  Roulette and Craps are fairly wind-proof games. For the best results, we encourage events to be indoors, well lit (it can be dim, but it shouldn’t be dark) and a good distance from speakers so guests can communicate with the dealers and other guests!

 

What payment options do I have?

We accept cash payments as well as checks. We also accept payment through PayPal and Venmo, but a processing fee applies.

 

Do we need to tip the dealers?

Gratuity is appreciated, but not expected.  If you feel someone goes above and beyond, you may feel free to tip them at your discretion. No pressure at all – the dealers are paid, and they enjoy what they do.  Tips can be given directly to dealers at the event, or included with payment and then distributed by Las Vegas Knights.

 

When do you set up, breakdown, and remove the equipment?

We will work with you and your venue to determine the best time for delivery and setup.  Generally, that time is well before your guests arrive. Tear down of equipment begins at the end of the casino entertainment unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

Do you provide chairs for the casino gaming tables?

No, normally the venue supplies chairs.  Dice games (Craps), Roulette, and the Money Wheel are all designed for standing players.  We also have a limited number of stand-up blackjack tables if chairs and/or space are an issue.  Las Vegas Knights will give a number of chairs needed on the custom quote.

 

Do I need to provide prizes for the casino?

No, but from our experience, your guests will enjoy themselves a lot more if they feel like they have something to play for. Typical prizes include gift cards, electronic gadgets, bottles of wine or even a bonus day off!
